Using our customizer is simple. Once you select your base product, you can choose from various design elements, logos, and placements. Simply follow the on-screen options to customize your gear, and use the live preview to see exactly how your final item will look before you order.
How many designs can I generate?
Every customer starts with 5 credits, allowing you to generate 5 unique designs for free. Each generated design uses 1 credit. We want to ensure you have plenty of options to find the perfect look, but since generating high-quality designs involves real-time processing costs, additional credit packs are available for purchase if you wish to generate more than 5 designs.
How do I choose the right size for custom gear?
Because all items are custom-made specifically for you and cannot be returned, we highly recommend checking our detailed Size Guide before you finalize your order. Each product page features specific measurements to help you find your perfect fit.
Are the preview images an exact match to the final product?
The live preview is a highly accurate representation of your final product. Please keep in mind that colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, but the placement and design will be printed exactly as shown in your final preview.
What happens if the AI generates something that looks incorrect?
Our generator is designed to create high-quality, professional designs. However, if you feel the final design preview contains a clear technical error or looks fundamentally incorrect, please contact us immediately before placing your order. We are constantly optimizing our generator and appreciate your feedback.
Can I save my progress and finish later?
Currently, our customizer is designed for a direct flow from start to finish. We recommend having your design ideas ready before you begin to ensure you can complete your custom creation in one smooth session.
Can I change my design after I have placed the order?
Because we begin the production of your custom gear immediately after you confirm your order, we cannot make any design changes once the order is submitted. Please double-check your design in the preview screen carefully before you finalize your purchase.
